Yes, Monitor comes with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin, and you can cancel anytime during those 14 days without charge.
Yes. Change this in your account settings whenever you like. Moving to annual during a monthly cycle applies the remaining monthly days on a prorated basis to your annual charge. Moving from annual to monthly begins when the current annual term ends.
Practice is billed per midwife seat. Two midwives cost £90/month. Seats can be added or removed in the admin panel anytime, with changes billed next cycle. At least one seat is required, with no maximum.
Practice pricing depends on midwife seats, not patient numbers. A midwife can monitor any number of patients on the dashboard. Each patient needs a separate Monitor account, paid for directly by the patient, to share data with your practice.
We take all major credit and debit cards. Practice customers can request invoice payment for annual subscriptions with 3 or more seats. To set this up, email [email protected].
Yes. Cancel monthly plans anytime in your account settings, with access lasting through the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled to prevent renewal, while access continues until the annual period ends. Annual plans have no partial refunds.
